EMISSIONS REPORTING

Get audit-ready emissions data on every delivery, automatically

Calculate GLEC-compliant CO₂e on every shipment, route, and delivery using actual operational data. Meet EU regulatory requirements, answer sustainability requests, and quantify the emissions impact of better routing without adding work for your team.

Trusted by operators who own the delivery promise

BENEFITS

Make emissions performance a measurable part of logistics operations

Report without added effort

Report GLEC-compliant emissions across your entire operation without changing how drivers, dispatchers, or planners work.

Respond to emissions requests

Give customers and auditors traceable, verified emissions data on every delivery. Strengthen commercial relationships where sustainability performance is part of the conversation.

Quantify sustainability gains

Quantify the CO₂ impact of better routing with real operational data. Make emissions reduction a measurable, reportable outcome of logistics improvement.

Stay ahead of regulation

Operate on ISO 14083-aligned methodology from day one. Meet EU requirements and respond to client disclosure requests as standards evolve.

DATA WAREHOUSE

Go beyond standard compliance with your own emission methodology

Take emissions reporting further than GLEC standard categories. Apply your own emission factors and calculation methodology to raw operational data to produce results that reflect your fleet's real-world environmental performance.

Frequently asked questions

What emissions standard does Mover's reporting follow?

Mover calculates CO₂ equivalent emissions using the GLEC Framework, which is aligned with ISO 14083. This means emissions data produced by the platform meets the methodology required for EU regulatory reporting and client ESG disclosure.

Does emissions reporting require additional data entry or workflow changes?

No. Emissions are calculated automatically using operational data the platform already captures – vehicle type, distance driven, and payload weight. Drivers, dispatchers, and planners work exactly as they do today. The only setup required is accurate vehicle profile entry when vehicles are created in the system.

How granular is the emissions data?

Emissions are calculated and available at order, shipment, route, delivery, fleet, depot, shipper and carrier level. If a customer asks for the CO₂e associated with a specific delivery, you can provide a traceable figure backed by the actual vehicle, distance, and payload used.

Can we compare planned and actual emissions?

Yes. The platform stores both estimated distance from the route planner and actual distance captured via GPS or telematics. This allows you to measure the emissions gap between planned and executed routes and quantify the CO₂ impact of route optimization over time.

How do we access emissions data for reporting and analysis?

All emissions data is available through Excel export, the data warehouse, and API. Teams can integrate it into existing BI tools, sustainability dashboards, or automated reporting flows without rebuilding anything.

What if our reporting requirements go beyond the GLEC standard categories?

The platform exposes complete raw operational data per route leg, including distances, vehicle details, payload weights, and timestamps. This allows operators with their own emission factors or alternative fuel data to run calculations at a higher level of precision than the GLEC standard categories provide.
