Most days, Monika is acting as a translator between customers and engineers. As Mover's Service Desk, she sits between enterprise clients and the engineering teams behind the platform, turning support tickets into something the team can act on. It turns out a degree in translation and interpretation was better preparation for this job than most people would expect.
Monika grew up in Lithuania, where she studied translation and interpretation – learning, essentially, how to stand between two worlds and help them understand each other.

The path to logistics tech wasn't a straight line, but that core skill came along for the ride. Moving to Denmark handed her a new obsession: flowers first, then a full beginner's garden of vegetables and herbs, plus new weekend habits like castle visits and, more surprisingly, chopping wood.
What pulls the work and the person together is simple: when something isn't quite right, she wants to understand why. A support ticket describing a strange issue and a plant that refuses to grow aren't so different – both reward patience, and someone willing to look closer and try something new. “I've always been interested in how things work, and in sharing that with others,” she says.
“Once I figure something out, I want to make sure the next person doesn't have to start from scratch.”
